- Medal Exam Track – A structured training path following recognized Ballroom and Latin syllabi. Dancers work through Bronze, Silver, and Gold material with attention to technique, footwork, posture, and clarity within each level.
- Competition Track – For dancers interested in training for Dance Sport events. Emphasizes detailed technique, athletic movement, musical performance, and disciplined preparation across Ballroom, Latin, Smooth, Rhythm, and more.
